How Agile are your teams?

Agile Mountain's Team Assessment provides a holistic and principle based view of your team's agility.

All too often agile assessments are based on compliance to practises; are the right meetings being held, are the right processes being followed etc....

However, agility is based on a set of principles, not practises, and seeing your team's evaluation aligned to these principles is a very powerful and self-reflective exercise. Teams often find the experience and outcome of the Agile Team Assessments very enlightening, which re-energises them into pursuing more continuous improvement.

Assessment Approach

The Agile Teams Assessment is run in a workshop like environment with the whole team, or with several team's simultaneously. Each team will receive an objective and independent evaluation of their agile maturity, and a series of improvement initiatives to develop their agile maturity further.

The team assessment considers the following dimensions...

Understanding your team's culture ("how we do things around here") is the essential ingredient in becoming an agile team. When the right team culture is not in place this can become a major impediment to agility.

When teams take the opportunity to consider the underlying principles of why they do what they do, it is an enlightening moment. The Agile Team Assessment helps teams look at how they work from a different perspective, and refocuses their need for continuous improvement.

High performing teams take time to develop and grow as they follow a maturity path. The Agile Team Assessment will understanding your team's current maturity level and identify steps to develop that maturity further.
